

Traditional Filipino Lumpia


Ingredients: For the Filling: 1 lb ground pork (or you can use a mix of ground pork and beef or shrimp) 1 cup small diced carrots 1 cup small diced green beans (or long beans) 1 medium onion, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional) Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons cooking oil 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1 egg, lightly beaten (for sealing)
