Ballad of the Dragonborn
An Ode to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Beneath the peaks where ancient dragons soar,
Through fields of snow, where whispered legends lie,
I tread the paths that heroes walked before,
And watch the northern lights adorn the sky.
I pluck the berries, herbs of mountain glade,
And brew strange potions by the candle's glow,
At forge and anvil, mighty swords are made,
Their steel shall strike against the coming foe.
Through crypts of old, where restless shadows creep,
I face the draugr, fearless in the night,
And wake the ancient words from timeless sleep,
With Thu'um unleashed, I summon forth my might.
Though Alduin may rise and kingdoms fall,
The Dragonborn shall answer Skyrim's call.
For every adventurer who has set out to save the world, only to spend three hours picking flowers, mining ore, and chasing butterflies. 🦋
