Saturday “How long, O LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?” (Psalm 13:1 KJV) This question expresses a deep longing for God’s help and an honest struggle with feeling distant from Him. What does this mean for us? It’s okay to ask God “How long?” The Bible shows us it’s normal to wrestle with waiting and pain. David didn’t hide his feelings from God; he openly poured them out. The woman rides a scarlet-colored beast with seven heads and ten horns (verse 3). The beast has names of blasphemy (verse 3). The seven heads are interpreted as seven mountains and also seven kings (verses 9-10). The ten horns are ten kings who will receive power for a short time with the beast (verses 12-13).
