When we seek the words to express we find ourselves lost in a sea of possibilities and an endless vast array of expressions. This is one of those expressions.

Ive had one main true relationship in my life which was a girl i met when i was about 13 or 14 and she was one year younger, so sort of my childhood sweetheart. This story is loosely based on that relationship. Anyway please enjoy!!

To be yourself. To know yourself. To love yourself. Sometimes this may be hard but life can be sometimes when all most of us want is simply something simple!!

I wrote a version of this poem when I was younger and I thought I’d revise it today. It’s not the exact same but it gave me a chance to go back a bit and rework some old material. Thanks everybody and hope it’s something you enjoy.

Sitting here just now and after I just woke up just minutes ago I wrote this. I have been known to wake up and write and since I’ve been at this place iam staying the last year I’ve woke up from hearing 3 different songs in my dreams only to recreate them on guitar and write them. I find it a rather neat thing. If you know the only song Sleepwalk by Santo and Johnny that song also was written after the one member woke up from sleep only to write it. How can we define love?? Through experience?? Through emotional connection?? Though witnessing it?? No matter how we experience it we know it when we do and that can change us no matter what!! Thank you very much!!
